• Schedule: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM SHIFTING -
• Area: Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Act with evidence-based physiotherapy practice, promoting patient health and well-being.
• Ensure patient safety through situational awareness and risk prevention.
• Provide assistance according to the SPA model.
• Evaluate the patient, define the physiotherapy diagnosis, therapeutic plan, prognosis, and evolution.
• Monitor and adjust the care plan according to clinical response.
• Demonstrate reasoning, judgment, and clinical decision-making.
• Communicate assertively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Guide and contribute to the education of patients and families.
• Act in a humanized manner, aligned with the Planetree Philosophy.
• Comply with legal, ethical, and institutional regulations.
• Correctly record and update information in the electronic medical record.
• Identify and prevent adverse events related to physiotherapy practice.
• Contribute and multiply technical training to improve institutional results.
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines.
• Use resources rationally and sustainably.

Requirements

• Graduation in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of the 3rd Region.
• Post-graduation.
