In Mamazen we start from real, deep, and often underestimated problems. Problems that affect people's daily lives and which, in Italy, are still addressed with fragmented, opaque or inaccessible solutions. We're validating startups in areas where people's experience is worth much more: Professionals and studies → dozens of professional categories that manage clients, practices, and deadlines with tools from 20 years ago. SMEs under regulatory pressure → companies that are struggling to keep up with the pace of change and need innovative solutions to stay competitive. We're looking for a founder who can identify these problems and develop innovative solutions to address them. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions, preferably in the professional services sector. He/She should be able to work independently, think creatively, and be passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
