Flying Chef (m/w/x)

During your training in the Vienna Gourmet kitchen, you will learn about the DO & CO team, the diversity of our products, and the DO & CO philosophy. You will accompany our trainer team on flights to our airline customers. After successful completion, your culinary world tour begins.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for preparing and presenting business class menus on long-haul flights to North America and Asia.
• You advise business class passengers on food choices and take individual wishes into account
• You ensure a smooth workflow of preparation work in the galley and represent DO & CO on board
• Between different trips, you will also work together with your DO & CO colleagues in our Vienna Gourmet kitchen as well as at national and international events
