Flutter Developer @ Scalo

Competencies required for service delivery:

• minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery using Flutter and Dart,
• experience in creating production mobile applications (Android, iOS) and desktop applications,
• experience in migrating or refactoring existing applications while maintaining business functionalities,
• practical knowledge of running Flutter applications on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms,
• good knowledge of mobile application architecture, state management, and designing modular and testable solutions,
• experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider),
• experience in integration with REST API, MQTT, and WebSocket,
• knowledge of event-driven communication patterns,
• experience with telemetry, logging, and mobile application monitoring mechanisms,
• practical knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure data storage mechanisms,
• experience in implementing offline scenarios, data synchronization, and error handling and request retries,
• experience in testing Flutter applications (unit, widget, and integration tests),
• knowledge of CI/CD processes and preparing releases for App Store and Google Play,
• attention to UX quality, responsiveness, and application accessibility,
• experience in collaborating with distributed project teams,
• knowledge of English enabling fluent technical communication - min. B2/C1.

Nice to have

• experience in projects in the healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated environments,
• experience in building applications for non-technical users,
• experience in migrating native or hybrid applications to Flutter,
• knowledge of Keycloak or other IAM solutions,
• knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards,
• knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, or Go technologies.
