Senior Flutter Developer Location: Wrocław Work mode: hybrid Cooperation form: B2B (contracting) Rate: 120–145 PLN/h net + VAT About the project Join the R&D team developing a modern mobile platform supporting the servicing of intelligent IoT devices. The project's goal is to replace multiple distributed applications with a single, efficient mobile solution that will handle the entire service technician workflow – from diagnostics to device configuration. We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer who will be responsible for designing the architecture and developing a mobile application operating in an offline-first model, communicating directly with devices via dedicated protocols. Scope of responsibilities Designing and developing a mobile application in Flutter for Android and iOS systems. Creating a scalable application architecture and ensuring high code quality. Integration with REST API and implementation of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT). Implementing communication with IoT devices and handling data synchronization. Optimizing application performance, startup time, and memory usage. Creating and maintaining unit, widget, and integration tests. Implementing native functionalities using Platform Channels. Cooperation with Backend, UX/UI teams, and Product Owners. Participation in code reviews, defining programming standards, and mentoring less experienced programmers. Responsibility for delivering functionalities from the design to the implementation stage. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile application development, including at least 3 years of commercial work with Flutter and Dart. Very good knowledge of Flutter Framework and Dart language. Knowledge of widget lifecycle and Flutter rendering mechanisms. Experience in developing applications for Android and iOS from a single codebase. Very good knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await, Streams, Isolates). Experience with architectures like Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Cubit, or Provider. Ability to design modular and scalable applications. Experience with Dependency Injection. Practical knowledge of REST API integration. Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and mechanisms for caching, retrying, and error handling. Experience with JSON serialization. Ability to optimize application performance. Experience with Flutter DevTools and error monitoring tools. Practical experience in application testing (Unit, Widget, Integration Tests). Knowledge of CI/CD and tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or Jenkins. Experience with Platform Channels, Secure Storage, Deep Linking, Push Notifications, and Background Tasks. Good knowledge of mobile application security principles. Ability to work in an Agile environment and cooperate with product and UX teams. Nice to have Experience in IoT or Smart Home projects. Knowledge of Bluetooth communication. Experience with Feature Flags or Remote Config. Knowledge of Firebase Crashlytics and Azure DevOps. Why apply for an Antal job offer?
