Fluidcare Supervisor - Neumünster

Quaker Houghton is present in many areas of life, as we deliver solutions to the most important industries of today's economy, including automotive industry, aerospace and aluminum and steel industry. This position is directly located at the customer site – at the DANFOSS location in Neumünster.

Fluidcare is Quaker Houghton's on-site service offering. The goal is to support manufacturers by ensuring that industrial fluids and related systems are clean, well-maintained, safe, and optimized for performance. This includes activities such as fluid care, system checks, adherence to cleanliness standards, and technical support, so that our customers' production runs efficiently and reliably.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Proper maintenance and operation of equipment and products
• Ensure that our lubricants, fats, coolants, cleaners, and other industrial fluids needed for the production process are in optimal condition
• Representation of the Site Manager in administrative tasks
• Tight communication with internal Quaker-Houghton teams as well as main contact partners at DANFOSS
• Maintenance of high cleanliness standards in the areas where our products are used
• Maintenance of all quality, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Data collection in the Quaker-Houghton systems
• Inventory and stock management

Requirements

• Techical education
• Professional experience in an industrial environment
• Outstanding customer orientation and very good attention to detail
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• English language skills on a conversational level
• Experience in leading teams or personal responsibility desired
• Soft Skills: high safety awareness, self-initiative, team player, good communication skills
• Safe handling of IT systems and common office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
