Tasks:

• Manufacturing and processing of CFK- and GFK-components in the hand-laminating and vacuum-injecting process
• Execution of repairs on composite components after consultation with development
• Documented work through precise filling out of work cards
• Integration of repaired components to restore the full function
• Preliminary surface preparation by sanding, grinding and primer treatment
• Handling adhesive technology and typical materials of composite technology
• Reading technical drawings and compliance with building regulations

Requirements:

• Absolutely completed training as a composite materials technician, woodworker or comparable qualification with experience in composite processing
• Multiple years of experience in the field of CFK- and GFK-processing, especially hand-laminating and vacuum-injecting
• Fundamental knowledge of repair techniques such as bonding, core repairs and laminate construction
• Experience in model making is beneficial
• Knowledge about hazardous substances and work safety aspects related to epoxides
• Safe handling with technical documentation and drawings
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely necessary
