(Fluent Ukrainian) PPC Specialist (Poland)
Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced PPC specialist who will be responsible for planning and launching advertising campaigns on various platforms.

What you will be doing:
- Developing strategies, gathering semantics, and launching campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms;
- Analyzing and optimizing advertising campaigns, increasing ROI;
- Participating in the development of creatives and writing advertising texts;
- Preparing technical tasks for copywriters and designers;
- Monitoring campaigns and their performance daily or weekly;
- Analyzing competitors' companies;
- Creating reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including using Google Analytics 4.
Important and necessary:
- 3+ years of experience working with setting up ads in Google ads (Search, GDN, Performance Max);
- Basic knowledge of working with analytical and tracking services: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager;
- Knowledge of key marketing metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.;
- Fluency in English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher (spoken and written);
- Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote;
- Developed analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Desire to continuously improve your skills and learn new things.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience setting up ads in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora Ads, and Bing Ads;
- Knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools (SE Ranking, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.);
- Experience working with Hubspot;
- Completed courses, training, or seminars on targeted advertising and digital marketing.
