(Fluent Ukrainian) Legal Counsel (Future Openings 2026)

SupportYourApp — an international Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure services for technical and client support, as well as services related to improving customer experience for growing companies worldwide. We work with clients from over 30 countries and provide support in 60+ languages.

We have not yet opened the position officially, but we are already ready to meet people who think outside the box. So, maybe your contribution is what we lack!

What you will be doing:

• Vest negotiations, prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs), buyout agreements, assignment agreements, and other client agreements;
• Conduct investigations and resolve incidents in cooperation with clients and other experts on projects;
• Safeguard IP issues, including cases of copyright infringement;
• Provide legal counsel to other company professionals (HR, IT, marketing) within contractual and compliance matters;
• Monitor changes in international legislation that affect our business and propose necessary updates.

And what do you need for this?

• Masters degree in law;
• Proficiency in English at the B1 level or higher, and 2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial or technological law;
• Practical experience in negotiations, drafting, and agreeing contracts with clients and vendors;
• Strong analytical, legal, and research skills;
• To be goal-oriented, ambitious, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
