In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple departments to optimize the systems and enhance the overall experience. Your Key Activities Will Include: Managing daily operations of our e-commerce platform; Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns; Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Collaborating with IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system errors; Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
