You will work closely with multiple departments to optimize the systems and enhance the overall experience. Your Key Activities Will Include: Managing daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes; Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs); Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions; Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations.
