Job Description:

Position: Picking & Packing Operative (FLT Counterbalance)
Location: Network 65 Business Park, Burnley, BB11
Pay Rate: £12.61 per hour (£12.61 + enhanced overtime rates available)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack parcels with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
• Organize and prepare orders for dispatch
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in date)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
