• preparing bouquets and floral arrangements
• caring for and tending to flowers and plants
• serving and advising clients
• maintaining the aesthetics of the flower shop

• a person who is interested in working with flowers and plants
• communication skills, openness, ability to work in a team
• driver's license category B and experience in floristry or working with flowers - welcome, but not a necessary condition
