Your responsibilities

We work in a small team. Each of us, during their shift, takes care of the flower shop, which includes, among others: potted plants, preparing flowers for sale, preparing bouquets and floral arrangements, arranging funeral wreaths and wedding bouquets, customer service, and maintaining order in the workplace.

With us, you will have the opportunity to implement your ideas and improve your craft. We value individual style and interesting projects. Our clients do too!

Our requirements

• We are looking for a person with experience (mandatory condition) and with an artistic eye for flowers. If you love arranging bouquets, can match them to the described person, and know in what conditions they will last the longest, we warmly encourage you to apply.
• Ultimately, this is a fully independent position. We provide support and onboarding during the trial period.
• It would be good if you knew how to operate a cash register, but we will teach you everything without any problems.
• We are looking for a person with customer relationship building skills. We have a large group of regular customers, and maintaining positive relationships with them and the team is our priority.

What we offer

• 9 AM - 6 PM shifts on weekdays, 9 AM - 4 PM on weekends (Saturday)
• Schedule set a month in advance, but there is no problem with changes in exceptional situations
• Employment contract for a trial period, ultimately for an indefinite period
• In August, we close the flower shop for a month, but it is still a month during which you receive remuneration. It may happen that we receive an order for an event during this time.
