Floormanager - Business & Conference Hotel

We're looking for a driven Floormanager to join our team at a beautiful hotel near Utrecht. As a key member of the F&B department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience, and optimizing the F&B operation.

We're looking for someone who can lead by example, inspire their team, and ensure that they're always able to do their job. You'll also be responsible for communicating and coordinating with other departments as needed.

In short, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the overall operation of the F&B department at the hotel;
• Leading and coaching your team;
• Improving the department where necessary;
• Controlling and enforcing all processes and HACCP rules.

You'll recognize yourself in the following criteria:

• You have a relevant education at MBO/HBO level (e.g. Hotelschool);
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable role;
• Naturally hospitable and representative;
• You stand firmly on your feet and are able to conduct performance reviews with your colleagues.

The salary offered for this position is between €2500 - €2700 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek. There are also secondary working conditions that I'd be happy to explain in a personal conversation.
