Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations; Ensure smooth coordination with teachers, students, and other staff members; Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and other relevant information; Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of daily operations; Foster a positive and inclusive work environment; Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity on the floor.
