As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, from check-in to check-out. • Manage daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance • Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent service standards • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty • Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and optimize processes • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or hospitality industry • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred What we offer: • Competitive salary € 1,800,- per month (part-time) • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and more • Opportunities for professional development and training • A unique company culture that values diversity, creativity, and design • The chance to be part of a growing and innovative company
