As a Sales Floor Supervisor (all genders), you and your team of up to 15 people are responsible for the sales floor, its organization, and achieving sales targets in our store.

• You and your team ensure that our customers find a well-sorted and attractive sales floor and an ideal shopping atmosphere. You keep an eye on the key figures and proactively derive sales-promoting measures.

• Together with your team, you provide professional customer service and implement appropriate marketing measures in cooperation with the store management.

• You act as a role model and motivate your team through transparency, authenticity, and cooperation at eye level.

• With your professional leadership responsibility, you proactively manage sales floor topics and are responsible for the management and monitoring of goods flow as well as for the processes between the sales area and the warehouse.

• You actively take over the management of daily deployment schedules and onboard new employees.

• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position with professional leadership responsibility.

• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness, and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor is important to you.

• You enjoy developing and implementing new ideas to make the Zalando offline shopping experience even more attractive and sales-promoting.
