Floor Salesperson - EAST VALLE ORIENTE

This position will work according to H&M's rules, policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and actively interact with our customers in the service areas and sales floor to offer the best customer experience.
• Support maintaining a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience, including folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising garments according to H&M's guidelines to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process, store and restock actively the garments in the sales area and warehouse.
• Unload the delivery truck, receive, open and unpack merchandise, label merchandise and alarm it according to H&M's policies.
• Manage cash register and fitting rooms, ensuring routines indicated for each area.
• Share your knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help when needed to create a positive work environment.
• Work according to H&M's rules and local health and safety legislation to ensure your safety, your colleagues' and customers' at all times.
• FOLLOW ALL procedures and routines related to security and administrative processes in all areas of the store.
