Floor Sales Advisor

HumanBest is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Floor Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find products that best fit their needs. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a natural talent for connecting with people.

As a Floor Sales Advisor, your main responsibility will be to guide customers through our product range, answering their questions and offering expert advice to facilitate the purchasing process. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment, maintain the display of products in order, and meet assigned sales targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers during the purchasing process and resolving any doubts.
• Know our products inside out to offer informed and suitable recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that products are properly displayed.
• Participate in planning and configuring promotions and special offers.
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with customers, using tracking techniques to foster loyalty.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the flooring industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers.
• Oriented towards results and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach, with a desire to excel and achieve goals.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
