We are looking for an engaged personality with experience in floor laying and high-quality awareness. Tasks - Laying of floor coverings such as parquet, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and linoleum - Preparation of the subfloor: scraping, sanding, priming - Implementation of renovations and floor adjustments within construction projects - Measurement and independent implementation of customer wishes - Repair and replacement of damaged floor areas - Work according to plan or agreement with site management - Close cooperation with other tradespeople - Compliance with quality and safety standards. Profile - Completed vocational training as a floor layer/installer EFZ or equivalent experience - Several years of professional experience in the field of renovation, construction, or interior building - Exact and independent working style - Good German language skills in writing and speaking - Enjoyment of dealing with customers and a well-groomed appearance - Driver's license category B is an advantage - Reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure - Team-oriented and solution-oriented.
