Position: Flexographic Press Operator.Location: Etobicoke, ON.Pay Rate: $28 per hour.Industry: Manufacturing / Skilled-Trade / Operator.Employment Term: Full Time / In-person.Shift: 4-day Afternoons (3.30 PM - 1.00 AM) Monday - Thursday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Utilize mechanical and analytical abilities to set up, adjust, and maintain press equipment for optimal performance.
- Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address equipment issues and maintain production continuity.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay job instructions and coordinate tasks.
- Exhibit an excellent eye for color and pass a color blindness test to ensure accurate color reproduction.
- Adhere strictly to company health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Additional related duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Highschool diploma an asset.
- 1 year proven experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or similar role in a printing environment.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time during press operation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proven history of personal responsibility and accountability.
- Able to report to an afternoon shift.
- Excellent communication skills, both vernal & written.
