At Medewerkersindezorg.nl, you decide entirely when and how often you work. No fixed schedule and no mandatory number of hours. See a nice shift and does it suit you? Then schedule yourself in. Doesn't suit you? Then you don't work.

This way, you stay involved in healthcare and keep all the freedom of your retirement.

What We Offer You

• € 19.32 to € 26.71 gross per hour (including 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus) - CAO VVT, often an extra step is possible;
• € 3,014 to € 4,166 gross per month based on 36 hours (including 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus) - CAO VVT, often an extra step is possible;
• Complete freedom to choose your own shifts;
• No mandatory hours per week or month;
• Shifts at various healthcare organizations;
• Irregular hours allowance (ORT) when working unsociable hours;
• Choice of weekly or four-weekly payment;
• Easily view and schedule available shifts via our app;
• Personal contact with our team.

Employment Duration and Working Hours

Perhaps you want to work one shift every week. Perhaps only occasionally. Or even not at all for a period because you are on vacation or have other plans.

That's not a problem.

Via our app, you can see which shifts are available at healthcare organizations in your area. There are day, evening, and weekend shifts. You then choose which shifts you want to work.

So you decide:

• where you work;
• when you work;
• how many shifts you work;
• and when you don't work at all.

No mandatory schedule. Just work when you feel like it and have time for it.

Organization

At Medewerkersindezorg.nl, we connect healthcare professionals with work that fits their lives.

For our flex pool, we collaborate with almost all healthcare organizations in North Holland and Flevoland. Via our app, you can easily view available shifts and schedule yourself.

We also value personal contact. You are not just a number with us: our team is ready to assist you if you have questions or need help with anything.

Requirements

• You have a diploma as Helpende, Helpende Plus, Verzorgende IG, or Nurse;
• You have experience in healthcare;
• You are physically capable of performing all tasks and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) actions that belong to your role;
• You can perform your work independently and responsibly;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
