Flexcube Operations Specialist

Job Overview: We are looking for a Flexcube Operations Specialist to manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system monitoring, issue resolution, user management, and ensuring smooth banking operations while working closely with IT, infrastructure, and business teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Flexcube System Operations & Monitoring Ensure the smooth functioning of Oracle Flexcube by monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent downtime. 2. Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System in a timely and efficient manner. 3. User Management Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System to ensure secure and authorized access. 4. Reporting & Analytics Generate reports and analytics to track system performance, identify trends, and provide insights for business decision-making. 5. Collaboration Work closely with IT, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and services. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System administration. 3. Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube architecture, features, and functionality. 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5.
