Our client is a growing multidisciplinary service with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, working in the Bussleton area.
- Salary $80,000 - $110,000 + Super + Bonus
- IPad + phone provided
- Extensive online assessments; extra resourcing if required
- Self-managed diary with strong admin help (finance bits handled for you)
- True flexibility: reschedule clients to suit your lifestyle, finish early when work’s done
- Internal PD every 6–8 weeks + fortnightly team meetings
- $1,000 annual PD allowance
- Annual reviews and a profit-share/bonus structure that scales with throughput
- Travel clustered sensibly; telehealth available
- Predominantly supporting children (ASD/autism and wider disability presentations); adults available if you want them
- Deliver functional assessments and therapy using robust online tools
- Mix of community visits and telehealth; WFH for admin as needed
- Sensible KPIs: ~20 billable hours/week
- Complex work is clinician-led—you choose which cases to take on, with Director support
- Gradual caseload ramp based on your confidence
- Weekly Zoom supervision with a highly experienced (10+ years) Occupational Therapist
- Day-one orientation with the Director
- Shadowing opportunities with Director
- Fortnightly team meetings; close-knit, collaborative culture
