In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients, providing essential technical assistance and support for our products and services. As a Front Office Technical Support Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to help them troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. Your ability to provide clear, concise, and professional communication will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-line technical support to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. * Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, providing clear and easy-to-understand instructions. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. * Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical issues. * Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and creating FAQs. * Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance client support. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical updates. * Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent support quality. Qualifications: * Fluent in Flemish (native or near-native proficiency) and English (written and spoken). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus. * Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. * Basic understanding of networking and IT concepts.
