You assess the meat quality, prepare it for sale or process it into meat and sausage products. For example, you cook, chop or smoke the meat and add seasoning and preservatives depending on the recipe. In addition to sausage, you also produce delicatessen products, ready meals and canned goods.

For the sale, you prepare, for example, roasts, schnitzels or minced meat and arrange sausages, delicatessen and salads in the sales counter. You advise the customers and sell the goods.
