You will receive a fair salary – as well as additional annual vacation and Christmas bonuses. We honor performance – when taking on 'additional tasks' you can earn up to €250 per month extra.

All new hires at our company receive an unlimited fixed-term employment contract. This gives our new employees security and creates a planning perspective – for a long-term working relationship! A trial work period remains in place for new hires.

You will have 6 weeks of vacation per year.

Punctual payment of salaries is a matter of course at our company.

In all famila stores and MARKANT supermarkets, you will receive a personal discount of 7% on all textiles and non-food items and 2% on all food products.

We think ahead to your retirement – by adding an additional contribution to the pension fund (HPK) based on your own contributions. We will contribute 10%.

We pay out your capital-effective services – for a full-time employee, this is €13.29 per month (pro rata for part-time employees).

Bike leasing = bicycles or e-bikes can be taken advantage of through the company as a service bicycle lease at a favorable price. This environmentally friendly and sustainable mobility is highly subsidized and every employee with a fixed-term contract can take up to 2 bicycles.

At Germany Job Ticket (officially €49) we will pay you a contribution – your final price will be only €31.55 per ticket. All our employees can get this Germany job ticket – in all federal states. With this ticket, you can travel around the clock with buses and trains of the local public transportation system.

The work clothing will be provided and cleaned to a sufficient extent.

• The Butcher / Slaughterer 'Springer' supports our famila stores in Northern Germany – as holiday or illness cover in the Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, or Lower Saxony region. You support the meat departments / butcheries in their daily workflow. The exact deployment location will be agreed upon in advance – you may use a private vehicle and receive full reimbursement for mileage – often there is also the possibility of using a company car.
• As a Butcher / Slaughterer, you are a true trusted person at the sales counter for our famila customers. You know best about our own pigs, Uckermark cattle, or you know a lot about meat specialties and special cuts.
• You prepare meat specialties for sale and create an attractive sales display for our customers.
• You advise and serve our customers – active sales and a great sales-promoting product presentation help you.
• You prepare meat, steaks, or grill specialties according to our own recipes and guidelines and take care of the warehousing for that.
• You pay attention to and fulfill the statutory and internal hygiene requirements.
• You lead, among other things, a balanced disposition of meat, sausage, or SB meat products.
• You prepare orders from our increasingly popular famila online shop for our customers to pick up and ensure perfect customer loyalty.

• A completed apprenticeship as a Butcher / Slaughterer / Cook or Meat Sales Specialist
