For the HOYER Gaslog area at the location Niederzissen, we are looking for a Fleet Specialist (m/w/d) who will be responsible for the following tasks: • Maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and our internal guidelines; • Organization and coordination of fleet operations, including scheduling, route planning, and logistics; • Monitoring and optimization of fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs; • Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime; • Identification and implementation of process improvements and cost savings opportunities; • Maintenance of accurate records and reports on fleet operations and performance. Requirements: • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, logistics); • Several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment; • Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Good communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds; • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
