Fleet Specialist

Your impact

• You support the management of our fleet (company cars and utility vehicles) administratively and operationally. You ensure that all data is up-to-date, files are complete, and colleagues are quickly helped.

What will you do?

• Issuance and receipt of vehicles for own employees and staff
• Maintenance of the vehicle park overview and ensure availability of the reserve fleet
• Processing data in various systems (vehicle and driver files, fuel/charging cards, board documents, fines, inspections, maintenance, insurance, etc.).
• Ratings and file management: keep digital and physical up-to-date.
• Follow-up on deliveries, damages, claims, repairs, and maintenance in consultation with leasing partners, garages, and insurance companies.
• Control of invoices in sync with Finance.
• First point of contact for colleagues with practical everyday service questions; if necessary, coordination with our partners.
• Contribute to improvements in processes, templates, and reporting.
