Fleet Manager - Hospitality Group - East Africa

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a large vehicle fleet and central workshop operation supporting multiple hospitality properties across East Africa. This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is ideal for a hands-on fleet professional with strong mechanical knowledge, workshop management experience and a proven ability to maintain operational efficiency across a diverse fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for fleet performance, pre-trip inspections, maintenance scheduling, vehicle allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Fleet Manager will be expected to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
