Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 per month About the Role This Group is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee daily depot operations, including fleet performance, driver management, and client service. The role involves both day and night shift oversight, ensuring vehicles are maintained, schedules are met, and clients receive exceptional service within SLA standards. Key Responsibilities Manage fleet operations: maintenance, licensing, services, fuel usage, and breakdowns. Oversee drivers: scheduling, performance, and client service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include fleet utilization, driver productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
