Job Title: Fleet Maintenace Manager - Vehicle Maintenance Project
Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our vehicle maintenance project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage project risks, including identifying potential issues, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project team members and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are working together effectively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budget updates.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or vehicle maintenance industry.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
