A career opportunity exists at NKWE BULK, RUSTENBURG for the position of:
FLEET CONTROLLER - JUNIOR
Job Summary:
- Training period to be functional in various departments within the Company i.e., driving time on the truck, workshop, fleet control, call centre, marketing etc.
AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRAINING PERIOD:
- Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, etc)
- Assign tasks to drivers
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Constant monitoring of performance and efficiency & finding ways to improve productivity
- Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition
- Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs
Requirement:
- Matric
- Computer literate
- Excel (compulsory)
- Experience in fleet management (controller) will be an advantage
- Own Transport
