Job description
As Fleet and Commercial Manager for our Pacific Bulk Fuel (PBF) business, you will oversee the efficient, safe and cost-effective management of our specialised fuel fleet across New Zealand, Fiji and Singapore. This position plays an essential role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting commercial performance across the PBF network.
You will manage day to day fleet activity, including lease agreements, unit movements, repairs and maintenance, testing schedules and asset optimisation. A key part of the role involves monitoring fleet utilisation, tracking units across multiple hubs and ensuring all equipment meets required standards.
You will also manage supplier and customer agreements, ensuring service levels, pricing and compliance obligations are met. As the PBF Health and Safety Champion, you will maintain safety documentation, support audit readiness and investigate incidents as required.
The role includes responsibility for reporting, budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the wider team to deliver accurate monthly updates and annual plans.
