Fleet Administrator

Our Benelux fleet team plays a critical role in ensuring vehicles are available, compliant, and cost-efficient. Key Responsibilities Fleet Registration, Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspections in line with Belgian regulations and Hertz standards. Vehicle Lifecycle Management: Assist in tracking fleet movements, maintenance schedules, and disposal processes to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs. Fleet Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fleet utilization, mileage, and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all vehicles are properly registered, insured, and compliant with local regulations, minimizing the risk of fines or penalties. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and HR teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
