Fleet Administrator

For a major player within the FMCG sector in Ternat, we are looking for a temporary Fleet Administrator to strengthen the team. Do you already have experience in a similar function and are you administratively strong? Then this might be the ideal job for you. Your task package as Fleet Administrator: * You will be responsible for a smooth administration and daily follow-up of the vehicle fleet * You are accountable for fleet reporting to HR and management * You will also ensure that all necessary documents are properly filed and archived * You will work closely with the logistics department to optimize the fleet's operational efficiency * You will analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the fleet's performance * You will maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work * You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team * You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * You will have experience with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * You will have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion in your work * You will be available for occasional travel within the region * You will be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed * You will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record * You will have experience with fleet management software and systems * You will have knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety guidelines * You will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically * You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * You will have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work * You will be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of your work
