Dual Phlebotomist Olab Los Arcos, Queretaro
At Grupo Diagnóstico Aries, we seek talent committed to health, technical quality, and safe patient care. We are looking for Dual Phlebotomists to join our field operations, participating in off-site clinics, health campaigns, and special projects. Objective of the position: Perform collection, handling, and storage of biological samples in mobile units, ensuring pre-analytical quality, compliance with institutional protocols, and professional, safe, and humane patient care during assigned routes. Main responsibilities: Provide clear information to the patient about pre-sample collection requirements. Perform venipunctures using automated Vacutainer technique. Collect blood samples, nasal swabs, throat swabs, and other biological fluids. Label, handle, and store samples according to institutional protocols. Assist in the preparation, organization, and control of supplies within the unit. Comply with biosafety standards, hygiene, and internal guidelines. Report operational incidents during the shift and assigned route. Work in coordination with the operational team during field activities. Dual position, support in administrative and patient reception activities.
Requirements: Academic training: TLC, TLQ, or Nursing Degree. Degree and license, or passing letter, social service release letter. Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in sample collection. Mastery of venipuncture techniques, Vacutainer handling is essential. Availability of schedule and mobility for field work. Ability to provide empathetic and professional patient care. Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. Willingness to integrate into dynamic operations via routes and projects. Labor conditions: Gross monthly salary 11,000
Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (or) 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM with rest on Saturday or Sunday.
Modality: On-site at Olab Los Arcos branch.
Location: Blvd. Bernardo Quintana Arrioja 104, Carretas, 76020 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.
