Tasks

• You are responsible for your store and represent the company externally
• The performance of your store is your driving force, you unfold its full potential
• You ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
• You work closely together with the Regional Manager and HR Business Partner
• You lead your employees fairly and engagingly with a focus on their further development
• You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere

Qualification

• Multiple years of retail experience on large sales floors
• Safe handling of reports, KPIs, and benchmarks
• Fundamental experience in employee leadership and development as well as recruitment
• Action-oriented, open-minded leadership personality
• Comprehensive thinking, hands-on mentality, and process orientation
• Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems
