Physiotherapist

Fitness Mama is the largest online fitness project for women in Romania. Since 2019, we have helped over five hundred thousand participants.

We are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Physiotherapist / Kinetotherapist who can adapt movement safely for the online environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of functional needs;
• Adaptation of exercises and movement recommendations online;
• Education for safe execution of movements;
• Recognition of alarm signs and referral to a doctor;
• Documentation of recommendations and limitations;
• Collaboration with mentors, dietitians, and doctors.

Requirements:

• Recognized qualification as a physiotherapist or kinetotherapist;
• Valid practice license, if necessary;
• Experience in functional assessment and therapeutic exercise;
• Excellent Romanian language skills;
• Respect for confidentiality and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Collaboration Conditions:

• 100% online activity;
• Part-time or full-time schedule;
• The number of assessments and clients is established progressively, depending on availability and work capacity;
• For a full volume of collaboration, the indicative monthly income is 1,500–3,000 EUR;
• For part-time, remuneration is established proportionally to the agreed volume;
• Actual income depends on qualification, experience, number and complexity of cases, availability, and responsibilities;
• Activity evaluation is based on the safety of interventions, quality of guidance, documentation, adherence to protocols, and team collaboration.
