Fitter / Welder

We’re partnering with a well-established agricultural services business that supports dairy and rural operations with specialist electrical, pumping, and milking system solutions. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Fitter / Pump Technician to join their team servicing farms and production sites across the region.

This is a practical, autonomous role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, fault finding, and working directly with customers.

• Installing, servicing and repairing pumps, motors, and fluid systems
• Maintenance and breakdown support for milking and farm equipment
• Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical issues onsite
• Preventative maintenance and upgrades
• Working independently across rural/agricultural sites
• Building strong relationships with farmers and clients

• Mechanical fitting, pump tech, or maintenance background
• Experience with pumps, motors, or agricultural equipment highly regarded
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Practical, hands-on mindset
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Full driver’s licence
• Agri/dairy industry experience a bonus (but not essential)
