Fitter

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Fitter to be based in North West to support their operations concerning maintenance, improving plant availability and controlling costs.

• Planning and scheduling preventative - and planned maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to the company’s Health and Safety Standards.
• Capturing breakdown data and updating equipment history records

• Minimum N3 certificate / Grade 12.
• Certified Trade Test Certificate – Fitting (Section 13 and 26D)
• Minimum 5 years of related industry experience.
• Plant experience will be advantageous.
• Must have experience in the maintenance of slurry pumps, Grinding Mills, and gearboxes.
• Code 8 driver’s license and own transport
• Prepared to be on standby and work overtime as and when required.
• Must reside in the local area or be prepared to relocate to the Western operations.
• All appointments will be dependent on passing a compulsory mine medical fitness certificate
  and an independent trade competency assessment.
