Fitness Instructor

Join our team as a Fitness Instructor and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for creating elevated wellness experiences for our guests, providing a variety of fitness and wellness classes and other service recommendations with the highest standards of professionalism, creating at the same time a warm, relaxing, and healing environment, ensuring that the guest experience exceeds their expectations.

• Give a warm welcome to all guests, striving at the same time to offer exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director in the development of monthly activity programs, special events, and seasonal festive programming.
• Be able to offer personalized, private, and group fitness and wellness sessions.
• As part of the Spa team, you must be fully aware of all treatments currently offered on the Spa Services Menu and any promotion or offer at a given time.
• Makes sure that all customer comments and opinions are communicated to the Spa Director for quick follow-up.
• Care for and take pride in the assigned areas and treatment rooms, ensuring they are prepared according to their specific SOP and kept clean and organized at all times.
• Guide our clients on the use of fitness equipment.
• Offer guided tours of the Fitness Center and wellness facilities to our guests.
• Promote a wellness atmosphere within the Hotel and within the Spa team at all times.
