As a Fitness Centre / Pool Assistant at Conrad Singapore Orchard, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fitness centre and pool facilities, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include: • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness centre and pool facilities, including the gym, pool, and surrounding areas. • Providing exceptional service to guests, including answering questions, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise. • Maintaining accurate records of guest usage and equipment maintenance. • Assisting with the planning and execution of fitness classes and events. • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff. • Performing other related duties as required. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Physical stamina to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies. • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
