Job Description As a Reservations Agent, your main responsibilities include: Processing and inputting of hotel reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Cloud, with a focus on individual & group reservations Quoting, Booking and Managing all group bookings in a timely manner Managing and reviewing of all guest history – assist with merging guest profiles for FITs Upselling during guest interactions. Processing Weekly Commissions
