PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Etjca S.p.A. Etjca S.p.A. Labour Agency, branch of Santa Croce sull'Arno (PI), is looking for a professional figure: PHYSIOTHERAPIST The selected resource, regularly enrolled in the Register, will be responsible for delivering personalized physiotherapy treatments, aimed at recovering and maintaining patients' motor and functional abilities, based on different pathologies and individual care plans. Main duties and responsibilities: - Functional assessment of the patient and definition of the rehabilitation pathway; - Application of specific physiotherapy techniques in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric settings; - Monitoring of treatment progress and updating clinical documentation; - Active collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of the structure; - Patient education and family members on correct mobility management and use of aids. Required qualifications: - Degree in Physiotherapy; - Enrolment in the Professional Register; - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and predisposition to teamwork. Having a previous experience in geriatric settings will be a title preference, but we are also interested in profiles of newly graduated professionals motivated to embark on a professional growth path in a structured context. Employment conditions: - Working hours: part-time or full-time, depending on the selected resource's availability, distributed from Monday to Friday according to agreements; - Contract type: direct employment or freelance collaboration; - Remuneration package: defined during the interview, based on experience and insertion method.
