Physiotherapist Residential Center

Physiotherapist sought for a residential center in Illescas. The selected person will contribute to improving the quality of life of the residents through the comprehensive rehabilitation of their physiological, temporary, or permanent disabilities, offering care adapted to each person's needs. Among the usual tasks are informing and training assistants on guidelines for action with residents, such as hygiene, transfers, and mobilizations; attending to families to convey information about progress, treatment, and answering questions; prescribing walkers or wheelchairs; assessing new resident admissions; executing individual or group rehabilitation programs; and reviewing incidents and falls registered in the physiotherapy area. A temporary contract of 6 months to 1 year is offered, full-time, with working hours from 9:00 to 17:30. A diploma or degree in Physiotherapy is valued, with a geriatric or neurological specialization recommended, complementary training in the psychology of old age or mental health, and previous experience in a similar position.
