Fish Cutter

We are seeking an experienced Fish Cutter with a background in the seafood processing industry . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cutting, filleting, trimming, and portioning a variety of fish and seafood products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Accurately cut, trim, fillet, and portion different types of fish according to company and customer specifications. Inspect fish for quality, freshness, and defects before processing. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve product quality. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
