In the context of strengthening its own structure, our renowned international consulting reality has entrusted us with selecting the following professional profile: Fiscalist. The resource will be inserted into the tax team and will provide support to various client needs, whether individual or corporate, managing mandates assigned to their supervision independently. Specifically, they will be responsible for: - fiscal planning and optimization - mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, - asset transfers and branch assignments - leveraged buyouts - taxation of individuals - analysis of tax declarations - management of first-level tax disputes - collaboration with the legal team Requirements: - Federal diploma in Expert Fiscal, Master in Tax & Law or degree in Jurisprudence - 10 years of experience in fiduciary or consulting environments - fluent German or French, with additional knowledge of English being considered a plus - consultative approach, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills We invite you to apply on our official website: WWW.MANPOWER.CH, attaching your CV to enable us to review your application.
