First time Finance Director roles

We are currently instructed by clients on two separate North West-based Finance Director roles, where the clients have specified a preference for candidates stepping up to FD for the first time. Landing your first Finance Director role is one of the most challenging milestones in your career (possibly alongside securing a training contract after graduation!). Therefore, opportunities seeking first-time FDs are rare. If you are ready to take on the additional responsibilities of a Director-level role, this could be an exciting opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
